  • 4 tbsp probiotic dense sugar free yogurt
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 1/2 tbsp organic protein powder if animal derived, make sure it’s grass fed
  • 1/2 tbsp allulose more or less as you prefer

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients and enjoy.
